Note that the form starts with a default payment of $250.00 -- that will be fine for a deposit to get me started on your jewelry, and the balance can wait until I've finished the work and am ready to ship it to you. You're welcome to adjust the amount to reflect the full payment, if you're certain of the amount, or after I've confirmed it.
